As TRAPT is a fully licensed venue, you must be 18 or over to attend TRAPT and proof of age must be produced upon request. If you are under this age you must attend with a parent and that parent must accompany you in the TRAPT experience. In the Oz experience, because the group is separated, 2 parents may be required. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Yes, you can definitely play with only 2 people! If you have less than 6 people in your team, you will always have an exclusive opportunity to escape. We will not add players to your experience.

The two experiences I want to book aren't available at the same time?

Our experiences run on staggered start times with a new experience starting nearly every 15 minutes. Don't worry! Your team is welcome to kick back and enjoy some liquid courage in the bar before the next experience, which will start before you know it!

Whilst there are no specific clothing requirements, we do recommend that you wear comfortable clothing to participate.

If you've received a gift certificate but have run into some trouble, please send through an image of the gift certificate in question in an email to [email protected] and we'll take a look into it for you!

Unfortunately, our gift certificates are not currently able to redeemed for drinks in the bar in store.

We offer three challenge levels at TRAPT: 'Easier, but still challenging', 'Challenging' and 'Most challenging'. Whilst this may not perfectly reflect every team's experience, due to different strengths within different teams, these are a good indicator if you're not sure where to start!

Can I book over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings over the phone. You can confirm your booking by making a payment via Paypal or directly with your credit card (through the Paypal platform).

Absolutely! Our experiences are all pregnancy-friendly. However, as the experience is 50 minutes on your feet, it may be uncomfortable for those in late-stage pregnancy who are always welcome to leave the experience at any stage to rest in our lounge area if they would prefer.

Absolutely! The bar and lounge is open til 1am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 10pm from Sunday to Wednesday evenings. Bring a book, bring your computer, bring your friends! You're more than welcome to enjoy the bar without making a TRAPT Room booking.
