An Update Regarding COVID-19

Welcome back to Trapt. The safety, welfare, and experience of everyone who enters our venue is our highest priority.

Trapt is a COVID-Safe venue. We have introduced strict safety and hygiene measures and have both a COVIDSafe Industry Checklist in place for Seated Dining and Drinking as well as observe the Australian Attractions COVIDSafe Industry Plan. We will continue to monitor and be guided by the Health Advice and Guidelines of the Victorian Government regarding operating under COVID-19 Restrictions and all bookings are subject to the restrictions and advice of Government authorities.

Please note that the safety measures below may be updated, so please check this page again prior to your visit. To make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we ask that you take your time to read the information below to best prepare you for your visit to Trapt.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

  • Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell, if you are experiencing flu and cold-like symptoms, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or are otherwise required to isolate. If you are unable to attend your booking due to COVID-19 reasons, please send an email to [email protected].

  • Pack your fitted mask. Depending on Health Restrictions at the time of your visit, masks may be required to be worn indoors when you are at Trapt in line with restrictions at the time of your visit.

  • Consider downloading the Service Vic app for contact tracing purposes. For those without the app, alternate check in processes are available.
